Terms of use

Nine clauses. They cover what you may do with the questions, what is sold, and what is deliberately not promised.

Last updated September 13, 2026

1. Who these are with

Catholic School Prep is operated by Northpine Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Using the site means these terms apply between you and that company. If you are buying, you confirm you are over 18 and the card is yours to use.

2. What this site is, and is not

Catholic School Prep is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or produced by any diocese, parish or school, and neither publisher has reviewed it. TACHS is a trademark of Riverside Assessments, LLC; HSPT is a trademark of Scholastic Testing Service, Inc. Every practice question here is original.

Riverside Assessments publishes no question count and no time limit for the TACHS. Where this site shows a paper length, that structure is ours and every page carrying one says so. Nothing here is presented as the exam’s own material.

3. The questions are original, and they are ours

Every question, explanation and figure on this site was written or generated for it. None is taken from a real exam, and none was submitted by a user. They belong to Northpine Labs LLC.

You may use them to prepare — on screen, printed for one household, or worked through with your own child or your own class. You may not copy the bank in bulk, scrape it, resell it, republish it, feed it into a product of your own, or use it to train a model. The questions are the whole of what was built here, and that is the line.

4. Accounts

An account is optional and nothing that teaches is behind one. It is for a parent or guardian to create, and you are responsible for who uses it. We may close an account that is being used to extract the question bank; we will not close one for practicing too much.

5. What is sold

A single one-time payment of $129 for the 2026–2027 season, covering both mock papers and the report each produces. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Everything else on the site is free and is not a trial.

Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own page. The amount charged is the amount shown: the checkout refuses to open at all if the two ever differ.

6. Refunds

Thirty days, no questions asked, no form. The full terms are one page and they are part of these terms.

7. What is not promised

No score, and no improvement in one. Neither publisher releases the tables that turn raw answers into the number a school sees, so nothing here predicts a result and nothing here should be read as predicting one. Practice is practice.

Dates and fees are quoted from the publishers’ own documents and are theirs to change. Before you rely on one, check it with the publisher or with the school — a missed registration deadline is not something this site can fix, and the publisher states there is no late registration.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or that every item is free of error; where an item is wrong we want to hear about it and will correct it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this site is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which for most readers is nothing, because most of this site costs nothing.

9. Changes, and the law that applies

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did, and it is typed by hand rather than generated so that it means something. A change never applies backwards to a purchase already made. The law of the State of Wyoming applies.
