Where every fact on this site comes from
No number on this site was copied from another prep site. Each one was read off a document the exam publisher wrote, and those documents are named below so you can check any of it yourself.

TACHS — Riverside Assessments

The directions a proctor reads aloud — which is where the per-subtest time limits, the item ranges and the number of answer choices are settled. It is also what contradicts the 16 minutes for Verbal Skills that prep sites repeat; the manual says 18, twice.
Why nothing is hosted here
Each link above goes to the publisher’s own address rather than to a copy on this site. Republishing a publisher’s materials is precisely what an independent study aid must not do, and it would be no more useful to you than the original.
The same rule governs the questions in the other direction: none of them is a real exam question. Every one was written or generated for this site, and how that is done is its own page.
And the part nobody else will tell you: what is not published
Riverside Assessments publishes no question count for the TACHS, no time limit for any part of it, and no scoring table. Its handbook states, in its own checklist, that no online practice test is available.
That is why numbers for the TACHS differ everywhere you look. They are not different readings of a published figure; there is no published figure, and each site wrote down its own. Where this site shows a paper length, it says on the same screen that the structure is ours.
The HSPT is the opposite case and is treated accordingly: Scholastic Testing Service publishes the whole make-up of the paper, so the mock here is built to the real one and says that instead.
If you find something wrong
Write, and it gets corrected. A publisher can change a date or a fee at any time, and a page here is only as current as the last time somebody read the source. Where a fact matters to a decision — a deadline above all — check it against the publisher directly as well as here.
