What to expect back
A reply from a person, usually within two working days. There is no help desk, no ticket number and no phone line, and rather than invent any of them this page says so.
If you are writing about a refund, you do not need to explain yourself and you will not be asked to. The refund terms are one paragraph long.
If you have found a mistake in a question
Please write, and include the question’s identifier if you can see it — it looks like tac-mat-277 and it is enough to find the exact item. Every question here is generated or authored in this repository and checked by a second program written separately, but the checks that exist are the checks somebody thought of, and a wrong item is worth more to us than a compliment.
What this site is not
It is not connected to any diocese, parish or school, and it is not connected to either exam publisher. Neither Riverside Assessments nor Scholastic Testing Service has reviewed anything here. We cannot register your child for the exam, change a test date, tell you a score, or answer for a school’s admissions office — for any of that, the school or the publisher is the only useful address.
